Painting and powder coating - TECHNIKOR range

We perform comprehensive rustproofing, including but not limited to painting and powder coating. The company owns machinery that enables powder coating of large pieces with dimensions up to 12.4 m long (2.8 m high and 1.7 m wide). The scope of our activity also includes abrasive blasting, i.e. sandblasting of steel and aluminium structures.
In our painting and powder coating shop in Płochocin, each piece undergoes a chemical preparation process included in the price; after the painting process is completed, the product is packed in foil for protection in shipment.

 

Powder coating shop - our experience

We have years of experience in coating hot-dip galvanized parts, as well as etching and chrome plating aluminium. We paint, among others, fences, railings, light poles, advertising coffers, as well as doors and other large surfaces. TECHNIKOR s.c. also deals with the restoration of old vehicles. TECHNIKOR s.c. offers restoration of steel and aluminium rims, old motorcycles and parts for antique cars.

We have a large selection of paints from the RAL palette and other colours outside of that palette. We also use a specialized zinc powder primer.

The RAL colours can come in different finishes, including:

• matte,
• satin,
• gloss,
• fine/coarse grain.

 

Our paint shop fulfils orders both from small and large companies. The dimensions of parts intended for rustproofing can be significant. We are capable of handling metal parts weighing up to 1500 kg per single workpiece.
